Rosa Marquerite Hilling

Rosa Marquerite Hilling

A fine sport of ‘Nevada’. Similar in every way, except in the colour, which is deep pink, paling towards the centre. Semi-double flowers with golden stamens. There are few finer sights than a large, rounded bush of this rose covered with bloom. The stems are long, arching and almost thornless, bearing flowers all along their branches. It will fequently sport back, producing a stem bearing the creamy flowers of 'Nevada', which should be cut away. Produces a second crop of blooms in late summer.
